As always, amazing work and awesome video! But Lower Kabete needs its own video because... Huko kumejengwa kukajengeka. It's beyond gorgeous with modern houses that are not boring. They're nothing short of stunning. If you'll be able to, please consider doing a separate vid for Lower Kabete. The place deserves it.

Yes because most developers there are mostly indians and whites, they go the extra mile to deliver international standards. Their target market also seems to be mainly expatriates so they must make stuff these people are used to back home.
