All projects are always projected as fully sold but they are always available. Since there is no transparency, they create artificial demand.

@@irsoriginals No, there is enough underground water in west and central parts of Bengaluru. South easily get Kaveri water. Dangerous areas are Sarjapur, Hennur, Whitefield
