as increasingly built in Florida, these homes are between $400,000+ to over $1 MILLION. and wellen park is actually in the City of North Port, not Venice. "Wellen Park is within the city limits of North Port, with some portions of the community extending into unincorporated Sarasota County". In Florida, 3 years ago one could buy a new home for around $200,000+, now these same homes are being marketed for $700,000!

This is Venice Florida just south of Sarasota. This place is close to the beaches.
