I'm an island boy 👦 half Italian and half Irish 😂 I'm tired of looking for perfection. For the money, it's very nice, but they broke the rules on the garage floor...🎉 but it may not be done. Great showing as usual.... yeah, it's funky but a great value.

Kitchen is sub par, and the space above the cabinets are very strange and odd. No vent out hood. The island is also odd.

Mucho espacio perdido el inodoro debería estar cerrado debería tener terraza el granito no se usa ahora es el Cuarzo es grande pero la cocina muy pequeña le hace falta más gabinetes en la cocina y más altos la Isla debería estar sola el fregadero con una ventana esas Islas con el fregadero siempre están pringados de agua al fregar los platos los diseñadores o son muy jóvenes sin experiencia o son muy mayores con ideas anticuados también debería de tener una puerta con el basurero q ya se usan más de veinte años muchas gracias por permitirme explicarme

The positive is the size of the house. Negative #1: Pantry too small. Negative #2: the island is weird. Negative #3: No enclosed lanai.

I love the layout but the kitchen Is a letdown I dislike the granite it's color, the sink and the "extra" cabinets on the island is silly. The wall needs to go up to the ceiling

1. Love how big it is. 2. Love the area and that it is concrete block. 3/4/5/6. I hate the house, the color in bathroom and kitchen counter. I like to be able to see when things aren’t clean. I like plain colors that can show clean. I was excited at first when I heard the living space. I would never consider this house. Very disappointing. I appreciate all that you do at Evolve. Keep them coming but this one is a “NO!”

The colors in kitchen and bathroom look like u left ur young adult at home and went on a vacation only to come back and they had a party and the house is a wreck.
