Man inspiring to see such a young man really making things happen. And your maturity level is far beyond your years. I wish you nothing but, success and health going forward. Also you seem like such a humble guy as well. Don’t let that success change you. Keep grinding let’s see you expand to 100 tractors by next year. I’m a small business owner myself but probably twice your age. And to be honest I love doing what I do. I own a pool business down in Florida prior to that was in Commercial Pest Control sales/service. Keep up the great videos.

You should separate the 2 diesel tanks that way you could fill 2 tractors at the same time and a pump at each end to fill 4 tractors at same time just a thought

California citrus farmer here you can fill you lawn mower tires with foam so they don’t go flat. I have a a lot of lemon blocks which have huge thorns. All my sprayer, atv tires are filled with foam. Ask your tire guy.

Smart keeping everything the same... much easier to stock parts and stuff.. one part fits 40 tractors ..so no big deal on stocking alternators,starters, belts, etc....

If you haven’t already should consider building a lean to/roof over your outside tanks/fuel area keep the weather and UV rays off all your stuff/storage.

Nice equipment setup, impressive to say the least. Only change I’d do is go to Toyota fleet. Your Japanese engineered Kubota tractors would go well with the Toyota trucks. Buy your own tire machine and save down time and money.

ever think about trying to find work for some those tractors in the off season? not sure if you're leasing which would have hour restrictions that could get in the way. some 3 pt boom mowers and 3 pt flail mowers for some city or highway contracts cutting medians etc.

How many residential properties can you do with your tractors. From my estimate it’s around 100 with how you have. 3500 contracts and 37 tractors. Thanks
@jesscostanzo672114 күн бұрын
No way u do 100 each tractor there is 600 minutes in ten hrs that's 1 every 6 mins that's impossible especially in a snow storm when u need to do each one twice ...they r in a snow belt of Canada no chance my man maybe maybe 50 if they r all close maybe
