Phillipines was my first Asian country i visited, Been back a couple times now but was very unexpected seeing how much people live in poverty, you could be walking past a Rolls Royce dealership then a couple blocks away be a "Slum" i didnt feel endanger exploring the areas, definelty got a lot of looks but thats expected.
