Reforming an individuals thought patterns and tendencies to be more fitting to society is not easy with the extreme gang culture that enforces group think. The CDCR attempting to implement “The Norway System” for California prisons seems counter intuitive to reforming them. Isolation and Education is the key to reforming them !!!!!!!!!!! No Yard Time !!!!!

Average rent for a 3 bed APARTMENT is almost 4k in San Diego. If you make 100k a year you really only take home a little over 5k a month after tax. Now add in all other bills and basic necessities for a family. 100k isn’t shit today.
