If location was my thing I wouldn't mind splashing tht 88M. Also I think the developer could have added some cabinets in that laundry area its soo empty , not forgetting for 88M they could have at least added some sort of sitting area if not a swimming pool at that massive backyard.

I think it all depends with whether you want to go through the pain and process of building for oneself, or you want to avoid that process.
