50 Cent was not one of the hottest rappers in 99/00, especially since he didn’t even have an album out. That would be 3 years away. You also didn’t mention his unreleased fifth album ‘Shaquille O’Neal Presents His Superfriends, Vol. 1’, which was due for release on 9/11, and was eventually abandoned.
