Hi sir ask ko lng po bloom res tower B, since october po paid n po ng bank ung unit but still extended pa dn ung turnover as per email ng smdc. Still under construction dn po ba? As per email dn ksi they said there are still items in your unit that is necessary to be rectified.

Hello po! I think may kelangan lang po sila ayusin sa unit before i turn over sa inyo. Kasi ichecheck muna po ulit nila bago ibigay sa inyo yung susi. Pag may nakita sila need i repair, aayusin po muna nila.

Hi. I was wondering if there is a difference between Tower D and Tower 4. The number that I know is 04 after B (sa card na bigay sa akin). Does B mean building? I checked the Bloom Residences website and I saw Phase 1: Tower 1-6 was estimated to finish in 2022.
