Could see it was an incredible atmosphere at the sold out Stadium of Light. King Power and Wembley the next home games should be incredible too. Definitely need to go to a Lionesses game live. Watched every single one on TV since Serena took charge.

LIONESSES r absolutely amazing! the best football is played by them at all times! unfortunately wasn't able to watch it in person cuz I live on the other side of the globe. But I watched it on ITV at 2am in the morning. one day I will fly all the way from Australia to watch the match! I PROMISE!

I really enjoyed watching the match and pleased England won. What i have noticed in the women’s game as opposed to the men’s game is that there is not too much faffing about in the middle of the pitch - it seems to me much more direct in attacking and going for goal which i find much more interesting. Btw the goals were excellent. Pity about the 3rd one being disallowed.
