Why is it every time I hear about some "forgotten" war I can always go to KZbin and type in "War in Sudan" and instantly hundreds (if not thousands) of videos and documentaries will instantly pop up? And this doesn't even cover the video's made from smaller video sharing services.

@@bediakogodfred1574 True in a way. No doubt it got more overshadowed with the other wars, but it is more because there're a lot external forces with different interests besides the safeguarding of human lives, the people are disposable compared to those in other wars, Arabs don't care because it is 'Dark skin' people dying, West doesn't care because it is Dark skin people, and Africans have no say over the Arabs, all this are factors that determines if/when they can/cant fool all the people all the time because what is in the dark will eventually come to light 💯🙏🏾

MORE LIKE OBSESSED over UKRAINE... THIS WAR STARTED BEFORE Ukraine, where were you, crying for the Ukraine people, BLUE-EYED AND BLONDE HAIR! You chose to say Gaza when Sudan and Palestine ARE BOTH MUSLIM NATIONS, their flags are very similar for a reason, while the UK Rothschild ZIONIST banking dynasty investments owns Sudan's resources as asset portfolios on international exchanges, and qualify for IMF insurance bailouts on civil wars in all African countries. SO DON'T PRETEND LIKE YOU CARE, when the resource-poor US dollar is the world's reserve currency powering the World Bank so you can get a capitalist debt-stressed life with your taxes paying for wars on the sacrifice of resource-based nations. What is BBC doing about the UK Tories investments with the Rothschild creating wars for the resource-poor UK economy to work? When Lady Diana was alive she was a whistleblower and exposed this a long time ago.... now everyone is so shocked about Sudan's FOREVER WAR! Don't bother to answer!

In 2014, I was in China pursuing studies. It was there that I met my dear Sudanese friend, Nasir. He was my first Muslim friend. He remains the most sincere person I know. All the misconceptions fed to the world about Muslims significantly contradict what I experienced with Nasir and his friends, all Muslims. I helped them with their English and research so that we all succeeded. Nasir sent me a message 2 weeks ago. He said he feared for his life because there's a war in Sudan. It broke my heart. It was shocking, too, because the news networks have not reported on that war. Let us hope and pray for peace for the people in Sudan. Wars have no winners , only a lifetime of pain, loss, and destruction.

I apologize for my insensitivity towards the tragedy in Sudan. However, it is important to reflect on the historical context before the split of Sudan and South Sudan. The Christian population in the south was subjected to mistreatment, massacres, and brutalities, including those in Darfur. These atrocities were committed by the same people who are now engaged in conflict with each other. The distressing images we witness serve as a reminder of the suffering endured by the South Sudanese for more than five decades. With a lack of infrastructure and development, South Sudan had to start from scratch. Furthermore, despite international evidence of genocide in Darfur, the Sudanese government has denied these allegations. It appears that the Sudanese people are facing consequences for the atrocities committed against the South Sudanese. The concept of karma suggests that one's actions will eventually catch up to them and result in punishment for their sins.

I'm Sudanese-American, and I cannot express how undeserving the Sudanese people are of this war. The Sudanese are known throughout Africa and the Middle East for being some of the most peaceful and loving people on Earth. Prior to the war, Khartoum was one of the safest capitals in Africa. My family lost everything. We lost our homes and properties, and all of our possessions. My mom's friend lost 100k USD after the RSF raided her home. My family risked their lives fleeing to Egypt. I wish the world cared more about our suffering.

Sad to see where Sudan is at today 😭😭 We thought when North and South we're fighting was cause by religious differences. But now North and North is fighting itself. And South and South is fighting itself. What do these wicked politicians want in this life? Until when will the innocent continue to suffer??? 😭😭 God have mercy.

I saw one reporter in Sudan pray that Israel would attack their country just to make people around the world know that what happened in Gaza is far worse than what is happening in Sudan and the world forget that Mas Murder is always happening everyday village by village, mostly committed by RSF. And no one really cared about them, and most of the victims were Muslim.

It's not a matter of religion. DRC is a predominantly Christian county and they are going through hell too. Check on it. We Africans should give coverage and not wait for the West. It's majorly because we're blacks, not religion, because coverage is given on Palestine, a Muslim country. Let us pray for unification of Africa instead of constantly killing each other and hating each other because of difference in religion which is to bring peace

Initially a lot of confusion, even in the two weeks prior to the outbreak of the war, making me think a lot of people knew that there were some sort of security concerns. You expect people to remember this crap. These are just people who are not wise enough to realise that peace is everything. And until they do, they will continue to die. See, there are some Sudanese refugees living in my country, Kenya. And I witnessed how entitled these dudes are. One day, I was in a bus, short distance, the fare was around 20 bob ($.2 ). However, thw destination fare was 50 bob. So, the Sudanese dude who was going to the final destination was asked to pay 50bob and thought he was being conned, because he saw others paying 20 bob. The lady conductor tried explaining patiently, but the dude could not hear of it and was ready to fight. So someone asked him...dude, you are a foreigner escaping war and you want to fight over nothing in a place where you are given peace! It really surprised me. Anyway, life and democracy is about concession. People living in a democracy do not necessarily get satisfaction in every instance, but at they get to live to make a life and future for themselves.
