I guess I’m the lone weirdo. I love this hidden oasis. It is dated, but so much character.

Make sense now as to why they had a weird intruder that didn’t realize he was at a home. It was so strange. Just look up Suzzane SOMERS Intruder. It was Caught on video and the man was shirtless, with flip flops and said he was scared cause he was being followed by goats. But he was the nicest home invasion you could ever witness lol. It makes sense now why he was confused

But why did he PLAN ahead by bringing her a "gift" ?

I do Not like rude people. Thank you for this video. A Huge fan of Suzanne's; I saw a video of her home yesterday Realtor's rude..really cutting up her home. If it was my home I would have that video removed. Decor is personal taste. This property is Beautiful Suzanne and Alan. I hope you get your asking price.

It has character and coziness in this setting, I could see an introvert stay there.

My late grandfather was a known builder/architect in Palm Springs (Joe Pawling) he built well known homes there like “The house of Tomorrow” he also lived there most of his life, I personally hate Palm Springs but I also like A LOT of vegetation. I would not buy this home but I also wouldn’t buy most homes in Palm Springs. *edit: I also wouldn’t pay 14.5 million for this house. My goodness! This is another reason I hate Palm Springs. It always has amazed me how many wealthy people like this place as I could think of a million other places to live and live WAY NICER.

The interior Decor is horrendous. maybe if it was staged to sell you would have better luck I think there's some major updates that need to occur.
@tonyamati963 жыл бұрын
Yeah it's a bit outdated. But they have lived their for 45 years. They paid four hundred and fifty thousand for it. And they are actually selling it right now in 2021. Not sure what they're asking but I'm sure it's way more than what they paid.

Peace Be With You No, this is not the home. That was a rental house they lived in (in Malibu) after their Malibu house fire. They were going to purchase the rental, until they found the mold. 😔😬

This home needs a complete makeover for the inside and outside. Why the creepy horse carousel? I wouldn’t be caught dead in that home. Too damn secluded. Imagine driving to that at night in torrential downpours. No thank you. I’ll stick to the suburbs.🤔🤷🏾♀️
