Men who pronounce evil as good will drink from God's cup of wrath prepared for the evildoer himself. May God grant innocent souls lost under the wicked rule of Abacha justice upon those who post humously support this evil man. AMEN!!

I love this family of Sanni Abacha. It's a virtuos family. We could see the Godly fear the man left with the family. We could smell, feel, see and touch it. May the soul of their departed father continue to rest in peace. Long life also to Hadjia Miriam Abacha.

Just ask yourself, how many who is who in Nigeria did you see there? Or do we agree that someone paid all the well known figures in Nigeria to stay away from the Abacha family? If they are truly good people how come musicians like Ebenezer obey or King Sunny Ade will be having a function and people from all walks of life will be in attendance? From traditional rulers, to military men, business men & women & religious leaders. Can we say all these group of people are not at their function because all of them at the same time are bad? This family think Nigerians of good moral standing will forget? They are doing something in memory of a great leader who lead Nigeria to victory and the people that we all know are not seen really show that the man was a good man indeed. See unpatriotic Nigerians use xenophobic attacks in SA to drive their point. It's a shame that hungry and carelessness will make people to want to rewrite history. The word of God has surely come to pass in this family. How come the renowned mainstream media are not there except the one and only hungry Gbenga Asabe who money can buy to come and cover the sham posthumous award given by an unknown foundation. Nigerians who lost their parents and family members at the instructions of you patriarch will never forget.

@@adeobisesan4303 , no Nigeriàn ever celebrated good person or leaders. See how much General Gowon did for Nigeria and especially the ibos, integrating the tribe back to Nigeria and gave freely the sovereign wealth to a people who had raised arms against the Nigerian republic, Gowon refuses to kill the rebel leaders instead he gave them federal pardon and even gave them houses in Victoria Island in Lagos.. But yet ibos are cursing the good man Gowon even threatening him whenever he touches the ibo soils, that they will kill him. What of General Tunde Idiagbon, who gave his life to make Nigeria a better country among the Nations of the world. Nigeria speaks evil of him and don't have anything for his remembrance. But people like Murtala Mohammed, who orchastrated the ITT project to embezzle Nigerian sovereign funds is been celebrated here and there. A thief and s murderer. So it's no big deal not celebrating a good person like Abacha. Nigerians celebrate thieves and rogues because they always had a bit of the stolen soup.but because the good person wants to make life good for everybody, Nigerian is not always happy with such hero who wants good for every Nigerian. But if it is for only small oligarchy criminals, then the person will be good. I know, IBB is good, Obasanjo is good, Jonathan is good, Shonekan is good in your eyes. Judges of evil.

@@GogoColeman78 My friend and brother i respect your view and you have right to your own opinion. I must say I dont know the history of Nigeria that you read? I dont know the good that Gen. Gowon did for Nigeria when he plotted coup to come into office, perpetuated himself in office and he promised to hand over to a democratically elected government three different times and he never did that. He went into needless war with our compatriots in the east thereby killing many innocent people, he paid unnecessary Udoji award that plunged the country into devastating inflation, he spent 9 years in power and up till today he has not written a book to give to give account of his time in office for reasons best known to him. He had golden opportunity to plan ahead for the country but because he was never a visionary leader they wasted money and a statement was credited to him that the problem of Nigeria is not money but how to spend it and up till today he has never debunked that statement. I live in the US, and everything in the country today are the plans of their former presidents. Our own leaders are very bad, selfish, self serving, greedy and visionless people and all they have to show for their time in office is the mighty palaces they built for themselves. Just look at other African countries today they have all moved on and leave Nigeria behind and we still live in fool's paradise and say we are the giant of Africa.

Abacha, a Hausanized Karuni. In other words, a Fulani! Sani Abacha was Fulani. His wife, Marian, is Arab. They had no connection to or empathy for the common Nigerian.
