The project is a complete mess now with all of this rain. Anderson now sits at 34% capacity and the uncompleted work now is under water and will make this project come in severely over budget and way behind the completion date.

Arizona... 9,500 reservoirs. California... 1,500 reservoirs. Calif population.. 5 times bigger. ... = Build more reservoirs.

Activists don't want more resevoirs Here is what they say 1. We use too much water 2. Too many people 3. We should take farmland out of production; food is for export anyway

Reservoirs are built to store excess water, can't just build a reservoir and expect it to fill when our current ones sit at half empty. Arizona pipes in most of their water into their reservoirs or pull it from the ground.
