Speaking of which, Myanmar endured the worst immigration onslaught under long & painful Colonialism, when several million immigrants poured in, as small homogeneous country was put inside Greater India; while neighbors such as Laos, Cambodia & Vietnam under French Colonialism had no immigration issue at all. If you use Borax inside the bamboo by knocking out the nodes of the bamboo with a long piece of sharpened rebar leaving the last node not knocked out…..mix borax which is a salt like solution and fill the bamboo poles with water and the Borax solution and stand the poles up for at least 3weeks then this will go thru the bamboo and make it unattractive for Bore Insects to eat by drying out the cellulose/sugars inside the bamboo……you can achieve at least a 10year life span of internally used bamboo….you can also use seawater if you're in an area close to the ocean/sea……..use bamboo pins for all connections (don't use nails or wire) to make it seismic resistant…….a great sustainable material…thanks.

Actually every bit of thing is recycled in India. You don't it, because it is not organised by one company. Every water bottle that some one discards is collected by boys who then sells it to a bigger collector who then sells them by the truck load to the mill that turns them into chips and sells compacted bundles of them to the recycling factory. You should watch BBC documentary " Welcome to India". There a big surprise awaits you. I enjoyed your very detailed Video very much .Thank you.

Tragic ridden Myanmar had been suffering for centuries; first under British Colonialism, when the nation was placed inside Greater India, thus around 8 millions immigrants moved into small homogeneous country in long Colonial era; secondly through boycotted by the West, as impoverished Myanmar turned to Socialism for a relief. In fact, Myanmar has a sad saying that goes 'A poor young girl got raped and get hurt twice', referring to their nation's double tragedies.
