I read that your property in zagaleta needs to represent 10% oh your wealth? What do you mean by this? Can you tell us more about what the real cost of villa cullinan is? Sale price? Taxes? Yearly service costs? And how much the owner wealth needs to be?

IF the owner is worth $320 million he could spend 10% of his wealth on a villa = $32million. On yachts yearly running costs is approx 10 % of the yachts value however i doubt that is the same for villas . hope fully he sheds some light on this .

There is no problem in driving anywhere on the estate. And the gate security personally get the know the owners and their vehicles and allow them in/out without any hassle. Its very exclusive and peaceful.

Hi, Zagaleta is a nice place, but seems somehow boring and without special caracther (more for the new rich) I believe , most outstanding residential place is Sotogrande. Have the best golf ⛳ courses , best Polo and horses, a great international school and a wonderful marina & port and 60 years old architectural history. Will be nice if Mr. Arthur makes a video of Sotogrande. Gracias desde México , hope I can come soon to Spain

where did you get your info that it's considered the best urbanisation on the continent? Wentworth Estate and St. George's Hill in the United Kingdom are both private estates, substantially more expensive and sought after than Zagaleta? Don't get me wrong, its beautiful, but certainly not the best place or most expensive in Europe, by a long shot.

I think when you factor location/weather/amenities, the Spanish location tops it. Also wrt price per area, this place is way more expensive. One of the most expensive listing in St. George's Hill is £30m (€34m so around the price for Villa Cullinun) but comes with 30 acres of land!!!! Just my opinion 🤷‍♂️

The elephant in that subdivision (and others) is the need for such security, what that says is that it is unsafe in that part of the world. This leads to living in a bubble which is not ideal.

Great video Artur, in my opinion you found your optimal way of presenting! Heaven 11 has been price deducted in three steps since first listed (16,5M to latest 12,9M). Would it be possible to reveal the final selling price to get an idea of how the market as is 2021 value H11. Also recent videos shows a huge sized project just below where H11 is situated, could you say something about that project, will it reach the market?
