Choosing HKS is brilliant. The city of Cleveland, which can't even hire enough officers for its underfunded police department, never offered a similar area to develop. This is less than 5 minutes to the airport and could actually be connected underground if the county would wake up. Possibly the best venue in the county for concerts when completed...

Cleveland, when it went in different political direction years ago has been a shit hole since. Only worsens and has no hope of getting better. People say im from northeast Ohio or west of CLE

Here’s something no one brings up: The area where they want to the stadium has an airport to the west but more importantly to the east a suburban community. Would anyone like people tail at 8am on Sunday in your neighborhood? Would you like difficulty getting home because heavy traffic on your city streets? Oh wait highway easy there ? No oh more tax dollars will be needed? Rapid no. That’s at airport Wanna walk in the cold rain or snowy freezing day? The extra money claimed that nfl and other sports organizations claim cities make from new stadiums, why can’t you help bring those monies current communities where the facilities are located ? How about actual up keep the facilities etc. stop abusing communities of threats of moving to a new city. The monies for stadiums need to be spent helping the people not take mines out of our pockets.

huh? Thats the dumbest statement I ever heard. That area is where the old Ford plant is in a INDUSTRIAL AREA. The neighborhoods are like 1-2 miles away in each direction. And the site is DIRECTLY OFF A FREEWAY EXIT. In fact, there are several freeway exits over there, so it doesnt have to affect any neighborhoods AT ALL. And besides, having the dome there is good for the Browns because it's down the street from their HQ, training fields and their apartment complex/retail district they are building in Berea.

Green bay residents have no issues with a stadium in their neighborhood infact getting tickets is a nightmare, the neighborhood embraces it, and about 3/4 of a dome stadiums income doesn't come from football but events! What community this day and age wouldn't want revenue year round!
