Thank you to Russel for adopting these rescue dogs. I also have two rescue dogs. Adopt, don't shop! There are millions of perfectly good dogs in shelters right now, and actually due to people getting pets over covid and then abandoning them, the shelter systems are in a crisis right now. And also for this reason, there are all breeds at the shelter, whatever breed you want, you can find at the shelters, you can search online as well, that's how I found my dogs. And they also have puppies. When you adopt a rescue dog, you are not only saving that dog, but you open up a space in the shelter so that another dog can be saved. I will always adopt rescues whenever I want another pet. Please always adopt rescues!

Completely agree that’s one of the reasons I subscribed to this channel. I always try to learn something new every day. Most people probably think I’m crazy for wanting to learn about plants and animals but idc what they think I love learning about all things nature. If more people cared to learn about nature the world would be a much better place in my opinion.

You're my male version in terms of plants and I'm his female version in terms of animals! I used to have a literal zoo. Unintentionally. Took me 4 hours a day just for my pet rounds. Name any animal, I had it! Lol

That’s awesome and I can basically say the same thing you name it I’ve had it 🤷‍♂️ I still have my own lil zoo just not as much as I used to. Life is to hectic at the moment with work and family time. But soon as I balance things out lil better I will get few more dream species to work with plant and animal wise. I haven’t gotten any new critters for awhile now except arachnids but I’ve still been getting more and more new plant species for my own lil jungle garden and more plants for all my bioactive enclosures. I do film a lot of my critters and projects not as much as I’d like to but I’m trying. Just got new cameras and laptop so more videos coming soon. Thank you for this video, his garden is amazing. Russel is such a nice person for his love of nature and animals. I adopted my Corgi from Yulin's meat market and he was shipped to the US from a organization in China who rescues the dogs. He also has a little problem with his back leg when going up and down stairs from being in a tiny cage. Going to subscribe to Russel's channel.

That rescued turtle doesn’t look like a typical red-eared slider or terrapin… its top shell is almost frayed and curled-up, on the edges, like one of those leaf turtles or something. If so, they’re rare. But if it is a slider…the definition of NOT rare. 😂
