Two months ago I made my first video with Titus, “The Man With No Legal Identity.” And when the opportunity arose to return and make another video together, I flew to Kentucky to meet up with Titus again. People from all over the world have loved his message and many of you have wanted to hear more. So today we dive deeper inside the life of Titus and learn more about him and the changes he's gone through recently.

When the wife and I moved to upstate NY to be near her family in Ottawa, Canada, we bought 30 acres to build a home on by ourselves back in 2022. During our travels around the area, we found some Amish neighbors who ended up becoming close friends. We purchased all of the lumber to build our house from them, they helped us raise the roof and put the roof on, and have been a constant in our lives since. We enjoy spending our time together and visiting whenever we can. In a few days, we're having a second "Frolic" on our property where the community will come together to cut down a bunch of old white pines and hemlocks for use in building a house and barn for our friends. We don't have a need for the pines (actually they're doing us a favor by cutting them down and hauling off the timber). We enjoy being able to help out the community whenever we can, and have made some amazing friends. We're off-grid ourselves although we generate our own power with solar, but we don't rely upon any outside sources for our daily needs either. We're lucky to have moved here without having any idea that it harbored the largest Amish community in our state. Sometimes, good things just find a way into your life.

@@carlmarker9257 It doesn't hurt to try. They're like everyone else, some are more open to answering questions than others. The things I discovered they prefer not to discuss are too personal questions about themselves or their faith and questions regarding the leadership of their communities. I've discovered that on long drives or time spent together at frolics, etc., they like to open up about things and will gladly voluntarily talk about the things they encounter in their daily lives. And finally, don't be afraid to ask them what they DON'T want to have asked about them or their community. Just ask them what's off limits as you wouldn't want to offend them, and you can feel free to let them know what you don't like discussing as well.

The taxes are so low because it is very rural land. We lived on a lake in INdiana and our taxes were way less than a thousand a year because it was a very rural county. We payed for our own trash collection, we had a well and the fire dept was volunteer. The roads were rural and well plowed in the winter and well kept up.

My mother grew up on a farm without electricity or running water, with an outhouse. They went to church in a horse and buggy. Grandma led the testimony service at church, and always prayed for anyone who was in need. So Titus reminds me of my mother and her family. This is a great reminder of my mom, who is in heaven now. I am old now so i know i may see Jesus and mom soon. God is good. His mercies are new every morning. I have been so blessed by this video.

Laura, my mom also grew up in a Catholic Church and it was amazing to see her faith flourish in her 60’s when she and my father started attending a non denominational bible based church. She died two weeks ago after suffering from dementia. I hold onto the fact she spent her last 20 years focused on Jesus in a way she never could growing up. She spent her last years of life reading God’s word and attending church with us at a non denominational bible based church that talked about Jesus, she found freedom in her faith. I hear the same freedom in how Titus speaks- he knows Jesus is more important than any church like dictate of it’s own rules. There is freedom in the name of Jesus! He is our Savior!

As someone who calls Casey County home, where I was born and raised, and who has actually met Titus over a decade ago, this is extremely surreal. Peter you do such a great job connecting with people,resonating with their culture, and the beauty of the land. I think it’s truly amazing that you somehow ended up in Liberty, Ky to find Titus, and build this beautiful friendship, and then proceed to profile him, and show him to the world in such a spectacular, and kind manner. Titus is how I remember him when I met him in 2012 at a field party close to the general area where you’ve been filming. He impressed the party goers with his simple charm, climbing up a tobacco barn with ease, and just with his presence in general. I’ve always remembered that night, because of Titus, and his impression he left on those around him. I’m so glad you guys were able to connect, and you were able to give Titus, and Casey County such a big platform to show its true beauty that is in those hollers, and rolling hills, and the kind human beings that it breeds.

Have you ever said to Jesus... Lord, if you are real, show me and I'll follow you. I know emotion matters in prayer from my own experiences. I'm 60 now and no longer filled with tons of emotion, but when I was younger and prayed with everything I had, the Lord actually cane to see me. I was so filled with awe that I couldn't speak. I met him today. He invited me into his house and fed me and my wife. She was there with her 3 kids. Another guy was there. The food was amazing. He gave her credit for that. She gave him credit, citing it's his recipe. She was reserved and nice. We talked for about 45 minutes and then left. It was a very nice experience. Edit: I guess it wasn't his gf, it was Stephanie.

@@jimmybobcohe lives in Liberty , Ky we do get snow in Ky . Some years are worse than others but we definitely get snow . The winters here can be brutal, it gets so cold

@@TheChuckoluck I don’t remember him saying that but the weather can be bad here and I can see camping at Mom and Dads where it’s nice and warm . He also has that big wood cook stove at his place and he can get it nice and warm in there . I’ve used a woodstove to heat my home for 40 years now .

I’m a Christian, and one takeaway from learning about Titus is I strive to have the love of God oozing out of me like he does. One would only have to meet him with a a handshake to immediately know that God lives in him. This is what every true Christian should be.

His soul is the way, the Light of the Lord really looks. Its not stern and controlling. Its appealing, happy , you feel the true light, when you are close to someone that has it.. Its learning to live in peace and joy. Some people the light just shines so bright. Titus is one of those. I have a feeling you are too. That's why your crying.
