This luxurious treehouse complete with its own slide and open air tree shower is world’s away from your wooden childhood den. Hidden in a forest in West Dorset, the modern treehouse was built by London designer Guy Mallinson for the ultimate retreat for holidaymakers wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The Woodsman’s Treehouse is a combination of sustainable craftsmanship and 5 star interiors including a sauna and hot tub on the upper deck, a revolving wood burner and even has something for those who want to really be at one with nature - an open air tree-shower. The treehouse has only been open to guests since the beginning of August 2016 but is already fully booked for the next few months, encouraging the designer to think about building a second tree house.

Also consider the fact that trees grow, and he had to incorporate a moving structural membrane to the whole tree house making it flexible to movement. The science and method behind that could be quite expensive.

As someone who built a treehouse and lived in it there is no way in hell this cost 200K, At least not if you were to build it here in America. Mine cost 40K and that includes top end appliances, Tubs, Toilets, Counter tops, finishes etc. It also includes the price it cost me to hire out the electric and plumbing as well as have internet ran to the house and a septic tank installed. I as well also had the structural supports(Metal pieces). Oh yeah, And it was bigger than this.

What if a serial killer is hiding a body one night and then he notices the house. Then he climbs up the slide and sneaks into the house. The person staying at the house then notices the serial killer getting in and tries to get help but he can't as there are no neighbors or phone signal (probably).
