Who ever pays 27k per month in rent would be the biggest sucker I've ever seen. Aside from the upgraded kitchen appliances this apartment is designed EXACTLY like low income housing here in Seattle😂😂😂😂 the kitchen cupboards and handles/chrome fridge and microwave literally duplicate.

That's what I'm saying.If you pay this much in new York you get a very nice place with alot more amenities and it's glamorous at the same price as this plain Jane No one wants to just pay that much for something that's in every apartment in washington they want something with a wow or omg this is are you for real for this much sorta thing.Just keeping it real.This is way to plain and ordinary for this price.At that price they best be bringing you dinner there because it sure ain't worth the asking price.Thats just my opinion. I'm telling you there is other places that offer a pool in your place and gourmet kitchen not a plain small one that is at that price.Like I said Seattle is not that nice and it's not like it sunshines.Its a rainy state that you have to find things to do inside what are you gonna do in this penthouse nothing at that price it's way small no room to do nothing.Now this is my opinion and knowledge of home buying and renting in washington.

I guess you pay for the views and the apartment comes with. The finishes on this brand new building are so underwhelming and developer spec. It’s obvious that it rains so much in Seattle that people are too depressed to care about the fact that they’re overpaying 20k for an apartment. A comparable one in any other city at a similar elevation with those finishes can not go for more than 10k. The developers are probably sinking in debt 😅

Actually I take that back. The way they cost cut the finishes… not even floor to ceiling glass… the developers are probably beyond rich. This building kind of feels like a scam and that’s sad because from the outside it looks gorgeous.

Not to be rude but u can get even maybe smaller but a very very nice penthouse in New York much better than that plus more amenditities and your view is not that special if ya know seattle at all.Where is the balcony and pool and roof top amenities.This is so weak compared to new York at this price.Not a good view at all no balcony from bedroom.The tub is big but short.Your taking advantage of people with this place.In new York your looking at another 1000 square feet also.Listen Seattle is not that nice to be renting that kinda place at that value.Anyway this is my opinion and I look and see alot of property's all over the US and believe me this is not worth the money your asking.Its not like you can lay in the sunshine anywhere this is a rainy city and you need to be where the action is and your not there.Nice place anyway just not worth the price where it's at.

This is a penthouse ? The entry is extremely under-whelming and the rest of the space is rather bland. The views are amazing but the unit itself is pretty blah for a penthouse smh
