I'm a lifelong Raptors fan and this series stung most. This season was super promising for us: a good young core, two star players in Lowry and Derozan. Nevertheless in the end of the day we played who is, in my opinion, the greatest basketball player of our generation. Am I worried about Celtics? 76ers? Pacers? Not really. I think we're on par with a fully healthy Celtics. I'd be interested to see where the Raptors go from here, if It'd be up to me I'd make one or two moves: Ibaka and either Lowry or Derozan on the move. To be honest, I don't mind keeping both Lowry and DeRozan, but it's kind of at a point where their mental fragility is weighing heavily on the team. In the end of the day, our team isn't that bad! LeBron is just LeBron.

I would say as a player, Lebron is a better rebounder than Kobe because of his size, but kobe was a good rebounder for a sg. They both have the ability to pass the ball, but they also have a different approach to the game. lebron is looking to pass very often, while kobe is looking to score. they both have a high iq. The question should be is which style of play leads to more championships, because kobe and MJ have the same type of approach and Lebron has a different do it all approach. A player like simmons has that style, the bucks tried that style with greek freak at times, but im not sure the style is as effective as it always puts your pg out of position. This years finals may help to answer that question

At this point there is no argument. 20 majors, no one is close. Connors had more titles, but a lot of those are tiny little tournaments that don't exist anymore. Federer really has the most meaningful titles. And Federer is just adding to his legacy with ridiculous, unheard of longevity. I do think you need to separate the classic players from the modern players, because tennis with wooden racquets is basically a different sport. Rod Laver is the GOAT of the classic era, Federer is the GOAT of the modern era. If you look at the stats, Nadal is not really close. Nadal never really dominated an era the way Federer did. He was #2 in the Federer era and #2 in the Djokovic era, and recently Federer seems to have figured him out, beating him the last 5 times in a row, although the one stat Nadal will always hold over Federer is the h2h. But the mountain of other stats favor Federer. And just with the eyeball test, it's always been clear to me that Federer plays the game more perfectly than anyone ever has. Don't need stats to see that.

mcnalga that mavericks dealed with some injuries, but yes, it was humiliating. But that series is a good example to show how the Warriors fanbase was always loyal. Don't know nowadays with all the bandwagon factor and etc, but their "core", the fans were always there and they basically won because of them. That warriors home court was something scary, but to depend on a player made of glass as your best... It's hard, lol
