Need to consider that he has already played at least as many minutes as he did last season with the French league so it will likely be a progressive overload. If he's playing too tired that's a higher chance of overuse injuries. He's already averaging 20/10/3/3 as a rookie at 28mpg which is all star lvl already.

I saw all the first 20 games and it was a sht show, the amount of open looks they didn't capitalized was embarrasing to watch. Jeremy is horrible and he is supposed to be a PG? Spurs literally made the worst decision this year as far as constructing a roster, it doesn't match any logic.

This is a learning curve for Wemby. He seems a genuinely nice and humble person. He needs to assert himself more and make it clear to everyone that this is his team. Duncan did it, Jordan did it, Bird, LBJ, Jokic. The offense has to go through him and. Whenever it does not, or if he is open and not getting the ball, he has to kick ass. Well, as much as I'd like to see a better cohesion between Wemby and his teammate, I don't think it's right to say Wemby should have the ball more (or less). He has a 29,7 % usage rate right now, which is high enough. It's the 13th usage rate in the NBA according to the NBA's website (among players with more than just garbage time minutes on the floor). Even the biggest stars have to learn to play offball. Probably Wemby's usage rate can be 35 % and benefic for the team in the future, but I think it would be too soon.

The game is far to easy for the big fella much like it was for Lew Alcindor/Kareem! Too long and just too skilled and good. Looks like he's playing amongst children Lol Only thing I don't like is his team can be trailing by 15 and he makes a great move and goes nuts without considering what the score is. Only had 4 attempts because his team wouldn't get him the ball and played extremely limited minutes the first half. He then came off the bench and proceeded to score 26 points along with having 13 boards and 6 blocks. All of that in 27 minutes while carrying the dead weight of the spurs. Go watch some games before pretending like you know what you're talking about.
