Sapsan is more convenient and considering the traffic-jams in Moscow on the roads to/from the airports, probably quicker too. I once flew to Moscow and then spent 2 hours in a traffic jam getting into the city. They built a lot of new highways since, but I'm not sure it's a whole lot better.

If you don't do this you are breaking Russian law and could be deported banned from returning or face a fine.
