I haven’t made the move to get Spotify yet, but I understand the move. So many people feel betrayed by Joe deleting important podcasts and moving to Spotify but I get it. KZbin is cool for us viewers, but for content creators it’s not. They put a line in the sand. Either you’re on their side of the PC culture line or you’re the enemy. This podcast is his life. His investment for his family. KZbin is too sketchy to put your career into these days, which nobody knew youtube would go off the deep end until a few years ago. Unless you have a 100% PG rating, it’s risky to put your eggs in this basket. And even though Spotify has some soyboy snowflakes working for them, at least they’re binded by contract to let Joe speak on what he wants to speak on without stopping his cash flow. So I feel like that was his main reason for switching. Because KZbin’s policy says it can delete your career at their discretion, whereas Spotify comes with a notarized contract. It has a safer foundation. KZbin is a great platform for us to bounce ideas off each other, but it’s a burden for creators

So true. My old roommate was into bodybuilding for around 12 years at the time. Super dedicated, ate good lifted regularly but stayed natural. Changed his body over the course or a decade. He was in great shape and pretty damn strong. He looked big and lean and you could tell he was into bodybuilding. Yet a lot of his lifting buddies used steroid injections, testosterone etc. and they were as big or bigger than him with only a couple years of lifting. He said it would be frustrating sometimes but he still didn’t want to use steroids and I always respected him for that.

Well we did live together lol. Was a friend of 13 years so I didn’t need to follow him around. He ate pretty strict and tracked all his macros. He was obsessed with personal training and I know some people he trained. All had great results. He put a diet together and fitness split for me together and got me in the best shape of my life by far. Was stronger back then than I am now but it’s hard to stick to that strict of diet year round. He was just obsessed with it and disciplined. He would have never done any pro hormones or steroids because he would have had bad anxiety. He had to stop taking pre workouts because they were messing with him. He was the cleanest lifter I’ve ever been around. I got to see it all being his roommate. And like i said he transformed his body over a decade or so. It takes time if you don’t juice. Which is why he would get frustrated that his buddies would get as big as him a c pimple years taking testosterone injections. But they also has many issues because of that so it was a smart choice to stay clean. One of his friends had to have surgery for gyno. Not fun

@@rodserling4106 the anabolic to androgenic ratio of a compound has zero to do with it being prescribed or not. There are a very short few which started that way, and many that work for humans aswell as animals..just like thousands of other medications. High test won't destroy your joints. I got into bodybuilding as a sport/ hobby, natural! Then I got caught up in the hype through the magazines. In my ignorance I thought I could achieve those results if I worked hard. Went to a ex-pro bodybuilder who had a gym on Chicago’s Northwest side who looked at me and said nice beach body but that I’d never make it on a stage and that I needed another 40 lbs of muscle! I walked away disappointed and in the locker room as I was changing I got into a conversation with a dude who was also changing but he looked like a behemoth and I shared with him what the ex-pro had told me. And he said you know there is a way for you to add 40 lbs of muscle so fast it’ll make your head spin! I asked him naively, how? He said juice! Juice I asked? Yeah steroids he whispered. I can get some for you but it’ll cost you! He gave me his number, I never called and never went back. Was I tempted? Yes, but I figured that I’d gotten into this whole fitness thing for good health reasons so it didn’t make sense to start ingesting a substance that was going to destroy my health! Stayed with the fitness but chose a different path as my bodybuilding aspirations disappeared!

It’s very possible Costa’s natty. Steroids don’t guarantee you look like that. 80% of people on steroids look like shit/normal. Look at adesanya, Anderson Silva, etc guys who got busted roiding. Most gym bros who roid look like shit. Genetics are still the major factor in how you look. You can shoot all the Tren you want & you won’t look like costa if you don’t have the genetics for it. There are guys who look like costa natty & guys who look like Daniel Cormier who are roided to the gills. I do tren/mast/test eod, lift hard ed, eat a strict diet & Paulo’s body shits all over mine - and I’ll never look that chiseled. Different genetics. Steroids increase strength & weight gain. They don’t speed up your metabolism or burn fat on their own. They don’t tighten your skin or change your genetics. Just cause someone has a chiseled 8-pack doesn’t mean he’s on roids & just cause someone is flabby doesn’t mean they’re not on roids. Genetics play a bigger role than anyone gives them credit for.

@@alexbigalinator6911 I'm not against HRT or anything like that it's super beneficialfor those in need. I just want people to know it's a very close subject between bodybuilding and hormone therapy. I'm a CPT and gm of a nutrition and compete in mens Physique bodybuilding I am good friends with a few ifbb pros. ALL of them are on trt from the doctors so technically the doctor "prescribes" the gear for these guys. Yes they may add more but the HRT and bodybuilding world are very intertwined lots of sketchy HRT docs who supply these bodybuilders and know it's not for health reasons
@XtraordinaryFishing3 жыл бұрын
@Jason Blaha’s Strength and Fatness no they take extra then what the doc supplies from other sources. But the docs still know what the are up to
@alexbigalinator69113 жыл бұрын
@Jason Blaha’s Strength and Fatness I mean I Dont disagree but i think if you're young man say in your mid 20s then there most likely not a need for it. Especially if you train hard and eat well. I think trt in mass amounts for middle to older men should definitely be more available. Having more testosterone at critical ages would certainly decrease the risk on so many health conditions

Hasn't Rogan openly admitted to taking types of PEDS, I know he's not in a sport so fair enough. But why pretend he has no knowledge of it all. I'm sure he talked about being on test at some point
