Inside the Studio: Hubbard Street + The Second City

As a student studying dance, I am so excited for this work. I love that this is being described as a true collaboration. It is not just about dance and not just about comedy. "Dance is now one of the languages that the show uses to express itself". That quote is one of the most beautiful things in this video. It is truly combining communication, expressivity, movement, humor, and so much more into one work. Both companies seem to be excited about branching out to tread on new territory and experience things they would not do alone in a true collaborative representation of this great city. I have been looking forward to this ever since I first heard about it, and I can't wait to sit in that audience and experience it.

I am throughly upset I missed the October performances, will there be any other October or November performances in Chicago? One weekend per season is not enough!
