@@jakemartinez8889 since I’m not allowed to leave contact info, all I can say, is do it in high school. Learn as much as you can about the equipment. Learn how to properly fit the equipment. If you can go to a clinic, do so. Then start talking to your coach. Set up visits with equipment staff at different schools. Smaller schools are easier to get on with. Big schools, with big time programs, you have to know someone with some stroke. Find a school that will take you, then start the process to get registered. If you apply yourself, and become very knowledgeable, you could do it for a living, if you get your degree. You could try for head, or assistant at a small school. One day, maybe the NFL. The guy I worked for got hired on at Mississippi State. He retired from there, and was inducted into their hall of fame.

Shoes and cleats are for sure yours for sanitary purposes lol. All your travel gear like bags, warm ups , team gear , etc is yours to keep as well. Not sure on jerseys, I'm sure they aren't gonna deny the elite performers the option to take home a game worn jersey when they get brand new ones per game anyway lol
