It's so interesting to think about how they have such a large team to pay salaries to (and even if it was just the 4 of them doing all the work, they'd still be splitting the money 4 ways). When they gave the tour of the kitchen I am surprised they didn’t mention that they should have put in a double wall oven. Every without a recipe episode the oven is always an issue and I think to myself they should make a slight modification to the kitchen and put in a double wall oven

I’ve been really curious about that too! I’m assuming various factors came into play: zoning, permitting, landlord approval, cost, time, etc. With more than one oven, you may go from standard kitchen to commercial kitchen territory. 🤷‍♀️
