That's NOT true at all... Pinnock Beach Estate is also located in lekki phase 1, where land is sold at about ₦700k+ per sqm. A regular 500sqm lot is sold around ₦350million, or more, lol... The price of the entire Lagos real estate market is ridiculously in the stratosphere. Yes, this house of course is NOT worth its price, but changing its location to pinnock certainly won't make it any cheaper.

Well yes I see your point but as a single family home, 2 or 3 of those bedrooms would eventually be for the kids, and they most certainly do NOT need to own a bathtub. This is why besides the issue of space, most developers would still put a tub only in the primary bedroom, or at most one also in the junior primary bedroom as well.
