Hi Mimi,my favorite Nigerian realtor.❤Nice house!l don't get why these Nigerian developers put the ground floor room there,facing the dining.lf l bought this house,l would remodel the house.Move the kitchen to where the room is and put the room where the kitchen is,that would be a much better design.You can hardly get in the kitchen or room by the time you put dining table and chairs in that space.Then again,l dont think a less than 6 meters house should have bedroom downstsirs.....Nice house though and nice to see you mimi.Cheers.❤
