2件目、バルコニーからの景色が良いなぁ　角部屋の最上階だし 鳥の巣箱・寝台特急みたいなロフトもユニークですね

どちらもいですね 2件目は良い運動になります😅バルコニーが北向きなのに思ったより明るい ドラム式洗濯機にすれば雨の日でも心配ない 面白いロフトだから猫飼いたいです(キャットウォークに見えました😊)水周りも悪くないしトイレ後にすぐ手洗い、脱衣場もある 1部屋目のコンパクトさも捨て難いけどね

#1 I would use the kitchen window to hold spices. The closet would be a multi use storage. Including stuff for the kitchen. The lower part of the loft would be my computer area. Upper sleep area. The patio area would be for drying my laundry no matter what time of the year it is. Living area I would have a cube storage to hold my interests and to a point clothing. Since I don't like hanging up my stuff unless it is my coats. Bad point for me is due to my knees, I would have troubles getting myself to and from the bed due to the steps. Good point is that since it is a first floor place, easy to go shopping. It is also more ecologically sound since there is a window in the toilet room. Allowing for ventilation. #2 Pros: large area to get dressed in for the toilet room. Balcony has a laundry set up. Cons: Modem is in the toilet room. Too much moisture can ruin it. It is up on the third floor. The amount of stairs would be hard on me to use them. No window in the toilet room.

２件目、洗面台のところになんとかして洗濯機ぶち込んで、洗濯機の位置を収納にできたら嬉しかったかなぁ。でも全然良いですね。
