Wow! Such a beautiful place. The Holy Spirit abounds in this place. Amazes me that in a country like USA where sex and drugs at sixteen is the norm, young men have the strength and courage to join the Seminary. God bless. Seminarians are in my prayers everyday.

How exceptionally beautiful and inspiring! I'm so happy to see a such a tremendous house for the edification and discernment of men in the Thomistic Ideology and precepts. This is so heartening when I consider the all-Franciscan background that I come from. I was given a sign when I was 8 years old that I didn't understand fully until recently. Looking upon the work that's being perpetuated here, is such a rescue considering what has happened with the poor, humble Saint's Franciscan dream for his Saviour. The Church he rebuilt so long ago is disintegrating by the day, and we have only St. Thomas and St. Benedict to look to for guidance, and I'm not even really sure about the lattermost. God bless all, who dare to yield all, that is of this world for Christ Within These Walls. And God Bless His Sacred Church which will rise, I hope, in traditional majesty as testament to the Holiness we so long revered, by the pledge of your finest EVERYTHING that your souls could render Him! I spent 8 years of my formation at Saint Charles Seminary outside of Philadelphia. The seminary dates back to the mid 1800’s however sadly the Archdiocese of Philadelphia sold it. This modern day seminary is beautiful.

There’s no such thing as “partial communion” you’re either on board or you aren’t. I don’t know every detail of what “irregular canonical status” means, but it definitely doesn’t mean that they’re not in communion.

Thanks for this simple beauty! Just one suggestion: it would be easy for an acoustic engineer to provide far better acoustics in the refectorium, thus making the noise less and the reading well understandable. It need not be expensive either. Praying 4 u and thankful 4 your work, Martin from Austria, Europe. Please pray 4 old, dying Europe! Thanks. We have many monasteries like this, almost empty .... or poisoned with wrong theology.

Yes-fabric would help and may I add also the zooming of the camera really hurt my eyes tho I appreciated the concept it was portraying. I too am in Europe and pray this new enthusiasm catches on here. I think there are small sparks starting.

What are your convents like and how can one become a nun in SSPX? I went to Aquinas College in Nashville after growing up in a Roman Catholic family and youngest of seven. My father brought us to Church every Sunday without fail. As a child, I used to look at all of the stain glassed windows and ponder all of the meanings. My father was the most loyal man you’d ever know who never asked for anything for himself.
