Inside Wellington's mysterious, hidden tunnels

Wellingtonians will soon have a rare opportunity to explore a little-known hide-out, nestled underneath the city's Botanic gardens. An underground bunker, built to protect the capital during the so-called 'Russian Scare' of the late 1890s, is being opened up to the public in a few weeks. Reporter Laura Donney went to check it out.
