Yep, my local auction house is like this. Some of the best deals on companies and people dumping their overstock. You may have to deal with a few broken items but it is worth it. Imagine buying 3.5 gallons of IPA for $4 or 24 bottles of Lysol for $6. Even a $500 air filter for $7.

Don’t pay for an overpriced home….paying 300K over real value isn’t building generational wealth…it will fluctuate back to its original price and will leave you in the negatives.

It's a bit misleading. You have to typically buy an entire pallet of mixed merch and you're most likely not going to use a majority of it unless you're a reseller on eBay or Amazon.

I manage a large apartment building if you want to find a good deal. Go to Goodwill at the end/beginning of the month. Tenants donate a ton of nice stuff and also if they cant sell it they will give it away.

I went to one in texarkana and it you had to find the bargain, most stuff was based on the actual price and just not that great of a deal. Even broken stuff was based on the retail price with a % taken off. I seen a unfixable worthless broken toilet for 20 bucks after being 90% off
