The search is underway for a hacker who caused panic in Dallas after 156 emergency sirens were heard going off over the weekend. It began at 11:42 p.m. Friday as the sirens, which warn about approaching tornadoes, went off. However, there was no inclement weather or tornadoes headed to the area. Some even feared it might be a terrorist attack coming on the heels of the U.S. missile launch against Syria. The sirens were shut off and then turned back on more than a dozen times during the night. #InsideEdition

We know what the sirens mean, but they get so tiring. My town for some reason used to blast them during every storm, and we’d have to wake up at 2 a.m. for a false alarm. At a certain point you get kinda numb to them and it becomes routine. Thankfully, though, I think my town fixed its problem a few years ago and they only do the sirens if there’s significant flooding or rotation in the clouds
