Why do you think the lawyer came out and said this now? He's ill and knows he is somewhat responsible and thinks clearing his conscience will take his guilt away. It's doubtful at this point but I say this on neutral ground because RKelly is innocent until proven guilty in the court of law and I strongly believe in that. Wether I personally think he is guilty doesn't matter because I am not a judge or jury.

If he is telling the truth then I say that he is just as responsible and coming out now isn't going to change what happened to those girls if he is indeed guilty but coming out sooner or not fighting to get him found not guilty would have prevented this.
