Sir, Good evening. Main pichale 4 years se lower back pain aur pichale 1 year se mid back se pareshan hoon. December, 2012 main main scooter se gir gaya tha aur mujhe spine ke sabse nichale wale hisse ( tail bone ) main halki chot aayi thi. Uske baad February, 2013 main kamar main severe pain hua. Bed par hilna bhi mushkil tha. Rcover hone main 6 month lag gaye par pain aaj tak puri tarah thik nahi hua. Pichale 1 year se mid back main bhi pain hota hai jo office main computer per jyada kam karne se bardh jata hai. 10 minutes khare hokar shaving karne main bhi back (पीठ ) main tej dard hone lagta hai. Phir bed par letne se, heating pad se sekne par aaram milta hai. Iske saath hyperacidity, uric acid aur depression ki bhi problem hai. Jyada oily, spicy food kha lene par pet aur chest main jalan hone lagti hai. Office ( Govt. Job ) jane ki ichcha nahi hoti hai. Har kaam ko aakhri samay tak talne ki pravirti ho gayi hai. Jyada logon se milna julna pasand nahi hai. Ghar main hi rahna achcha lagta hai. Share market main jabardast dilchaspi hai aur usse sambandhit kaam karna kafi pasand hai. Depression ki problem genetic ho sakti hai kyoki father bhi psysophrenia ke patient hain. 2 years pahle karaye gaye MRI main lumbar spondilysis diagnosed hua tha lekin us samay mid back pain nahi tha. Pichale 6 months se homeopathic medicine le raha hoon, jisme arnica 1M, ruta 1M, calcarea flour 6x, hypericum 200, medorrhinum 1m shamil hain lekin koi phayda nahi ho raha hai.
