I would like to know that If there is an urge to visit toilet often and though the stool formation is normal but evacuation of bowel is unsatifactory and need to strain followed by feeling of weakness whether Arg.nitricum can provide relief. The patient somewhat falls into the category as explained by you, viz. a bit nervous, tense and worried.

I'm was pilen drops for bleeding hemorroids, it has acidicum nitricum 1m, hamamlis virginia 1m, and calc flourica 1m every day 2 to 3 times. Constipation(stool stool still dry and flaky) and bleeding subsided in a week, now I'm taking maintenance dose few times a week. Should I stop taking it, since 1m power is very strong.
