I met Christopher Judge here in a comic convention in California and he was awesome! Dude is a muscular teddy bear. I got a picture with him and an autograph picture of kratos that he signed "Boy." I told him thank you for his portrayal of Kratos in the God of War games and how amazing he was for going from a tough, brutal warrior who was trying to be better father role model to his son Atreus in the video games. I opened up with my relationship with my dad and how it is difficult but Kratos and Atreus showed that if they can heal and get through it, then I can get through with my father. He smiled hearing this and said Im glad man and I was happy he called me "Boy." I geeked out. Great guy and now after hearing Christopher's story with his dad, I cant complain now. He was brave speaking up about his relationship so good on the podcast for bringing Christopher Judge.

This may sound stupid but I had such a love for Stargate SG-1 when I was growing up it was very much a way my therapy and is to this day. I can’t afford therapy so there were tv shows and movies I laughed into. Stargate and Quantum Leap were probably the two biggest for me. I connected so much with Teal’c and the way Mr Judge portrayed him, maybe just for the fact that we share the same first name. To this day when I find myself in an emotional situation or problem I will throw an episode on the tv, my wife and I will watch it and it will always be an episode that just hits the spot. Christopher and his interrogation of Teal’c always blew me away because alot of the acting want always spoken with that character alot was just quirks of Christopher that fit Teal’c perfect. I was sad when it ended but it will always hold a a spot in my heart. Thank you Mr Judge. Great guest

@@SantaPorter420 There was a fifth and final season planned, the visions Xavier had at the end were supposed to be plot points. Magneto becoming an ally, training the new recruits, Jean succumbing to the Phoenix Force, The Brotherhood working for SHIELD, a fleet of sentinels led by Bastion, the new main team with Ice-Man as a member and Rogue being able to fly (possibly having absorbed Ms. Marvel's power at some point), AND, not shown in the vision, but something I've read...Scott was supposed to betray the team for the Hellfire club, most likely manipulated by Emma Frost. The character design artist Steven E. Gordon had concept arts on his website for both Frost AND Psylocke. And X-23 was actually first introduced in Evolution. I keep hoping that if they could bring back the original 97 show for a fifth season, there's room for Evolution, too. But, only if they could get the original voice-cast together (with the exception of Jim Byrnes - Nick Fury, Joe Dawson from The Highlander series, Professor Light from the old Megaman cartoon, he passed away a few years ago). David Kaye, the voice of Xavier actually had a role in the latest Justice League animated movie and it was about the only thing good in it, hearing him, again, after all these years.

I never really watched Stargate growing up but where he really stuck for me was when he played Kratos in God of War. Terrence C. Carson did an amazing voice actor job in God of War 1-3 but Christopher Judge as an older Kratos that is trying to heal from such a traumatic past just fit so well! Especially after this episode and hearing what things Christopher Judge went through, he is literally Kratos. Both Kratos (in the new God of War games) and Christopher Judge are trying to wrestle with demons from their pasts for the sake of their son and mental peace. I guess now that I look back and see the impressive voice acting that Christopher Judge does in the game I realize how much he pours his heart into the role. Thanks for having him on man, it was a good listen!
