Very excellent person,, but I don't know whether he went to permanent commission or not? Personally I whish he should continue in Army in Perminent Commission, because right man should be in right place, he has a vast knowledge about the Engineering Group, and he has awarness of other trades, he is a sapper and a infantry man. These kind of Military leaders are important for jawans JCO's and fellow Officers, this is the best Military conversion I ever had
