most likely they are not allowed to eat it, because of covid. The presenters are not wearing masks, and are touching everything, and consuming some of the items. Previously the food most likely was for everyone after filming, but taking to account how careful people are at the moment, and how strict the restrictions have become, I doubt anybody is allowed to touch the food or drinks afterwards.

Legally they can’t lie about stuff like that (well here in the UK they can’t). So I think the most leeway they can take of on their websites this something like 5% per reference of component.

Not the same. Issue could be made by the person serving the drink in how much ice they add or they just under pour. Happens all the time in bars that is why they are supposed to be checked. Information on calories and all that is given by the company and FDA after the product is tested. It can change over time but is normally up to date.
