I know how tough that is as a EAGLES fan living 10 miles from N.Y.C. Living in Giants territory is not easy. But i have the EAGLES app so i can hear Merrill and Mike do the game on the radio.

A great interview of an Eagles legend, Merrill Reese. Thx, DGunn! I am disappointed to hear that Merrill thinks Saquon won’t be suited up for Sunday. I understand the reason why but for everything Saquon has done for the team, I feel it would be fair to give him a shot at breaking the record. Go 🦅Birds!

As much as I would like to see him break the record, this team hasn't had a bye since week 5. I agree with Merrill if he needed 25 yards, that's much more manageable. Hopefully offering it up for a greater prize! GO BIRDS

Im with Merril, remember what happen last year Aj & Sidney got hurt. Plus he needs over a 100, the Giants could stuff the box all game and make him it real tough, u have to play alot more then just Saquon. I would love to see him get it but its not worth it. Hey if we won the Washington game we would play this game. Yes Feb. 4th 2018. Go Birds. Merril is the best.

I hardly EVER disagree with big Reese but this time...yea.... whole heartedly strongly disagree. If he needed 200 yards, fine sit him. To put things into clearer perspective, last game saquon rushed for 176 yards against the giants. Averaged 10.4 yards per carry. He only touched the ball 17 times. He was pulled EARLY from the game on top of that. Now do yourselves a favor and go look up his stats from this season. Look at the yards per game. This would be a CAKE WALK! Simply put. We are acting SCARED! To get this close and pull him is criminal

What precedent are we setting when winning the game is not the main thing BUT getting a record is? The total yards record is STILL out there for season and playoff! SB can take that hunger out productively and grind toward a SB… The MEDIA with THIS as a distraction is an abomination…when the confetti falls on you do you even remember personal achievements?

Philly has a loser mentality. I wonder if other coaches would sit Barkley. You can tell from our Eagles history that we are a loser organization. I guarantee we don’t make it to Super Bowl due to our loser mentality
