My strategy is 1st 50: Start off strong, but don’t get your less too tired 2nd 50: easy into a build 3rd 50: go all out, most people get tired on the third 50, so I take advantage 4th 50: whatever I can do, I try to go my fastest, it’s normally my slowest 50 😂
