Well done Ma'am. Thank u so much . Pls wen a PX with NPDR tells u that wen he sleeps on his right side on the bed, on waking up , he doesn't see until after fews minutes. In d absence of any disc and macula oedema, wat should u suspect? Pls Ma'am , I need help wit dis. Thank u.

It could be related to orthostatic hypotension.
