Loved the review! I think i just installed the equivalent unit from Lowes, and i love it! The difference from my Badger 1 is like going from a VW Bug to Mercedes AMG!

FYI All insinkerator disposals come with the mounting flange and gaskets. The only thing they may or may not come with it is the electrical power cord. Some models can also be ordered with a power cord already attached.

It wasen't shown here, but the wiring needs a ground. In this case it would be the armored cable sheath itself.

This garbage disposal is hard wired which means you do not need a power cord. Your wall switch controls that direct wire which you connected directly to this unit. You would only need a power cord if your wall switch controlled an outlet under the sink.
