Coarse thread drywall screws to attach the drywall.

Hello did you have to waterproofing your walls before install the insofast

No. But you have to seal the panels reasonably well to stop condensation from forming behind the panel between it and the wall which could promote mold. Spray foam along the top and bottom and at any gaps.
