I think this was definitely a challenge, especially for a bedroom or a living room. Also, wall trim helps add some beauty to the house but it also serves a practical purpose. Wall trims are often used to protect walls from damage and used to cover gaps. For the kitchen, I think it'd be better if you got rid of the entrance wall (although I'm not sure if that would be considered cheating) so it'd look less cramped.

here's why we need wall trim: Trims such as window frames and baseboards are there to protect the lower part of the wall from knocks and scuffs as well as look pretty, so should be painted in a tougher paint finish, such as gloss paint, while walls might be coated in matte paint.
