Is it true that Henderson is hotter than the other parts of Las Vegas, like Summerlin?

East side of Henderson like lake Las Vegas is definitely warmer then Summerlin. Summerlin’s elevation is higher. However, parts like West Henderson and that area is not because those parts are higher in elevation as well.
