Hi Lynn, I have been using my dream journal since I purchased it from you. I collage my special dreams in it, like being visited by my furry friends who passed, hiding from a T-Rex dinosaur, enjoying my BFF horse loping around me, and even having a tender moment with Johnny Depp! Lol. Keeping a dream journal has been very fun! I have to write down my dreams really quickly after I wake up, or else I forget the dream altogether. So happy you & Miss J had a lovely time together! Hugs! My prayers to your friend who passed. She is an inspiration!

The things you spoke about towards the middle of the video really resonated with me. I am at my heaviest currently and I am struggling with my chronic health issues. I too have a very negative inner voice that I’m trying hard to change. I wish I had some profound advice, tips or anything like that but I just don’t. I will say that I try very hard to be more mindful of my self talk and to show myself some grace. But mostly I just wanted you (and anyone else) to know that you’re not alone and by realizing what is happening you are already beginning to make a great change for the better.❤

Great spread! I can’t wear gloves when I create! I keep cheap baby wipes on my desk for my hands and anything else that needs to be wiped. So sorry to hear about your friend passing. I remember you talking of her in other videos.
